Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Siv Gangotri, we take utmost care to ensure that every product is thoroughly checked and securely packed before dispatch. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation

Order cancellations or modifications are permitted only within 1–2 hours of placing the order.

Requests must be made immediately by contacting us via phone or email.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Return Policy

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Customers are requested to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

We try our best to take photos of products under natural light/studio lights since we want the actual products to look similar to what you have seen on the website/page. However, slight differences in display outputs might occur due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of your computer monitors or mobile screens. We firmly believe that all customers who order online are aware of this genuine challenge and thus to avoid any misunderstanding or discrepancies, we would request you to consider that before you place your orders.
Replacement Policy

Only replacements are provided in cases of damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package
-
The product inside
-
The visible damage or defect
❌ No unboxing video = No replacement or claim will be accepted
Replacement Process

Share the unboxing video immediately after receiving the product.

Once the defect is verified, the product must be shipped back to our address.

After inspection:

A replacement of the same product will be issued, or
-
If the same product is unavailable, the customer may select another product, or
-
A refund will be processed.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline

Refunds generally take 7–15 banking business days to reflect in your account.

The actual timeline may vary depending on your bank.
Failed Transactions

In cases where the payment is debited but the order is not placed, the refund is automatically processed by the bank as per their policy.

Since the amount is not received by Siv Gangotri, we are unable to manually process such refunds.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be accepted for:

Used or washed products

Products without original packaging

Sarees with fall and pico completed

Minor variations in color or weave

Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling
Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the parcel appears tampered with, do not accept the delivery.

If delivery is accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in good condition.
